Welcome to our new website.  I am so pleased to offer you this opportunity to find out more information about Athens Christian Preparatory Academy.

Athens Prep was established to answer a need in our community for  a local private high school option.  We are a non-denominational school dedicated to Christian principles and excellence in academics.  Education establishes the framework through which every person interprets the world.  The perspective gained from the integration of a biblical worldview in academics ensures that God remains in correct context in all subjects.

ACP promotes a rigorous course of study that is well balanced by an emphasis on fine arts.  We believe this  balance is essential  to developing students with the ability to be innovative and analytical. 

ACP believes in not only being college preparatory, but also life preparatory.  We know that today’s students need more than academics to be successful.  We teach to the “whole child”, mind-body-spirit. Our school emphasizes virtues like self-discipline, self-control, and accountability.
